Who is Rob Dryburgh?
I’m a photographer and filmmaker based in Newfoundland, Canada, specializing in weddings, couples, families and landscape photography.
My path into photography was a little different. Before picking up a camera professionally, I spent 10 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, including several years working as a parachute specialist. After leaving the military, I decided to pursue photography seriously and went back to school, graduating from the Photography program at Fanshawe College.
Since then, I’ve worked across photography and film, creating everything from weddings and portraits to commercial projects and landscape work.
What I enjoy most is making photographs that feel natural and hold up over time. Whether I'm documenting a wedding day, photographing a family or standing on the side of a cliff waiting for the right light, I'm looking for the same thing: an image worth keeping.
I live in Newfoundland with my wife and three daughters and work with clients throughout the province.
